A very special microlot, with 100% Arabica coffee of the Yellow Bourbon variety and beans from one of our best terroirs. The Yellow Bourbon variety is a favorite among connoisseurs of specialty coffees.

The beans in this specific microlot come from a hillside that receives just the right amount of sun and shade during the day, allowing for the perfect mix of cool temperatures in the morning and evening, while absorbing a good amount of sun in the afternoon.

A sophisticated, full-bodied, rigorously soft drink, with olfactive notes ranging from intense floral to yellow fruits and butter. Flavor notes include peach, lychee and milk chocolate.

It is an elegant, exclusive and exotic coffee that satisfies the finest palates and leaves an unforgettable taste.
