Widerrufsrecht

In accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code") of Italy, the Customer may exercise the right to return the purchased product and obtain a refund of the amount already paid (including delivery costs), within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product.

An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the products to be returned, meaning the product must not be damaged, or certain parts such as packaging materials, boxes, documentation, and/or other items must not be missing or damaged.

Before the expiry of the aforementioned period (14 days), the Customer shall submit the request via (the Customer may choose one of the following options):

The Customer will arrange for the return of the products in accordance with these instructions to the following address:

Gruppo ARRUDA will fully refund the amount paid by the Customer upon receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the products to Gruppo Arruda is borne by the Customer.

The right to exercise the return policy does not apply to food items; specifically, for the sale of food products, due to hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of return is not applicable. Therefore, the Customer is granted the option to return purchased goods solely for non-conformity of the order or the products.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
