This exclusive specialty is produced in microlots with handcrafted Arabica beans planted at Pedra Elefantina's best terroirs in the region of Matas de Minas, southeast Brazil. The coffee is planted at altitudes ranging between 700 and 1,150 m above sea level, and is carefully selected and roasted to become an elegant and complex beverage.
